今次我們的戶外素食 BBQ 將在香港最美的海灘 － 大嶼山梅窩的銀礦灣海濱舉行，根據天文台最新報告，當天我們會享受陽光海灘，大家可以在免費享用有更衣室，救生員等等公共游泳設施，當然還有共燒烤爐。最重要的是我們可以於下午3:00享用素食燒烤和分享大家帶來的自製佳餚。
前往銀礦灣海灘,可選擇︰
從地鐵東涌站坐3M號巴士往銀礦灣海灘
從中環乘渡輪往坪州或愉景灣
從愉景灣步行往礦灣海灘（路徑稍後提供）
Mui Wo has one of the nicest beaches (Silvermine Bay) in Hong Kong, the water reasonably clear, there is a netted off swimming area, changing rooms and obviously BBQ pits.
You can get there:-
• Ferry from Central (or Discovery Bay or Peng Chau)
• Bus 3M from Tung Chung (or a few other places)
• Walk from Discovery Bay (details to follow)

這次我們將提供的素食有This time we will provide the food including:-
• Portobello mushroom, bell pepper burgers
• Mixed Veg Skewers (tomato, shallot, pepper, courgette, etc.)
• Corn on the cob
• Baba Ganoush
• Mixed baked potato
• Falafel
• Chilli Bean Dip
• Salads (green, tomato and onion, etc)
• Chocolate stuffed banana
• Sultana stuffed pears

The cost is HK$50. We will not provide any drinks but there is a Park n Shop, Welcome and 7-11 in Mui Wo. You can take part in the cooking and if you want to bring something or make a request then let me know.
